Dunno anything about customs duty that i wud have to pay,Can anybody please elaborate me on this customs thing??

Now,Sony XBA-3 are available in India itself at Rs.7590. And they are triple balanced armature driver earphones.
So, please help me in anyway possible.
Also, should i buy a music player like sansa clip or is my HTC One x enough for listening?

I believe MP4Nation was offering free FedEx shipping to India.

Now I haven't ever heard about FedEx guys pilfering stuff, so your item should arrive safe & sound. On the other hand, FedEx will always pay customs & recover the amount from you, in addition to their handling charges (Rs. 300 from what I've heard around). The amount you'll be asked to pay as customs will vary wildly, it seems very arbitrary on part of the customs officials.

Using normal airmail, you have a chance to avoid paying customs, however there are 2 risks:
1.>The postman can pilfer your items,
2.>If it does get detained by customs, you're in bureaucracy hell.

I'd rather pay customs with FedEx than take chance with airmail/EMS for an item at this price.

While I don't know the Frequency Response of the HTC One X, but the Sansa Clip+ has a very good frequency response. You could look at mobile review sites if they have posted any FR graphs for HTC One X.

I would advice going for a Clip+ though, given that modern smartphones (esp. Android) barely manage to last an entire day even with a full charge. IIRC, the Clip+ also has a low output impedance, necessary for an uncoloured output with BA IEMs, while most phones have a high output impedance, making a poor match with BA IEMs.
