Brainwavz M2 driver flex issue

Hello,
I bought Brainwavz m2's from Pristinenote January this year. Recently i've been getting this click sound everytime i insert the iems in my ears. this problem persists with the left side only. i can't hear anything unless i adjust them till the driver inside pops back. Should i get them RMA'd? They have a 1 year warranty i think.

If its giving troubles surely you should RMA the m2 , if its a small issue i guess better wait till you RMA it.
