dont worry, it may take more time, just go through their forum or FAQ and make sure they resend it, if it gets lost, then you are good to go. between using the coupon code "SHIPPING_COUPON", you can save additional $2.95 on shipping

Yes, these things are duty free...even i bought brainwavz alpha from mp4 as well as bought hundreds of times from ebay international...no issue with duty at all...
