hey guyz i got this INTEL/AMD CPU Cooler as a gift today

REASON :- dont need a cpu cooler as i m not into overclocking and all

AFAIK, it sold for around 250+ and it was also listed in the 250 coupon ebay thread as an item to buy
I have a hunch that you are trying to cash in on ebay item bought earlier. I maybe wrong as well

actually this is a gift so i dont have the bill but i have the packing box but on that there is only address of sender and buyer

i as far as ebay is concerned,truly speaking i have bought only 1 item from ebay that also in 2007 i guess and sold one item this year

so no jhol in this thing

Spectre is right, I have a HSF which looks exactly like the one you have in pictures, had got it for INR 250 a year back.

Also dunno about yours, but the one I had was absolutely shit, it just didnt work, (I had the HSF installed correctly with MX2 paste) the fan was working, but in 2 systems the processor throttled after 10 mins (both of the processors shutdown with temps at 90"C). Do test it at your place before selling it...
