His purchase date is OCT 2019,
I guess he is selling after Warranty period is exhausted.

You can sell you HSF conditionally, asking the buyer to agree to give it back for warranty purpose and return him the New HSF that you will receive as replacement.
Or Borrow from someone you know.
 
I don't care about the warranty of my processor. I will not ask back the HSF for any reason, warranty or otherwise once sold.

I hope we can move past this discussion. Back to the sale of the HSF please.
