Hi guys,

I am in need of a BRANDED USB to miniUSB cable. Now when I say branded, I mean a very HIGH quality cable that comes with your HD cameras, PS3s, Seagate or WD external HDDs.

Length DOES NOT matter. It can be those smaller ones that come with Seagate or WD external HDDs :)

The reason I am stressing on the BRANDED part is coz I need to run my Seagate FreeAgent Go external HDD, which only runs on BRANDED USB to miniUSB cable. I've tried VARIOUS crap quality cables, but the HDD just won't turn on.

You'll have to post a few pics and lemme know which gadget you got it with and it's brand name. The build quality has to be immaculate ;)

Shipping will be to Kalyan City (nearby Mumbai), shouldn't cost more than 50 to 60 bucks via DTDC :)

So if you guys have a spare one lying around, then do lemme know :)

Buy MX cable.

I have used with external HDD & DVD drive that is cheap and best quality available from Indian Mfr.

It's too far their office from my place that can't arrange for you.

Belkin also makes that cable but that will be very costly and availability is unknown.

(Btw: I am Pepsodent of other forum)
 
I have one from my old phone ASUS P527 I can let you have it, I have no need of it, I myself have Segate GoFlex Ultra 500 GB and tried it, works without any problem, if you want let me know, only thing is you will need to come down to Navi Mumbai to pick it up
 
You can't courier it ? I'll pay you for your trouble :) Just get a clothed envelop, put the cable inside, seal it with duct tape, and courier it :)

By the way, where in Navi Mumbai ?

Btw: Sony,WD,Seagate they do not manufacture accessories themselves they get from third party.

MX cable never failed on me.Tried with different HDD.
 
i have one of motorola and many others that came with m,any acessories that i took.... i saty in thane u can pick it up just like that from me
 
I dont think it matters which brand it it. It should be less than 22cm to work, thats all. Beyond that it would not be able to draw power.
