The chart-topping, best-selling cricket game of all time is back for
another spell at the crease! Brian Lara International Cricket 2007,
the sequel to last year's successful and highly-praised game, will be
walking out to bat on Xbox360, PC-DVD and Playstation 2 in March next
year.

Codemasters

After a six-year hiatus the return of the master batsman to the
videogaming fold was a huge success last year. Now Brian returns in a
new game that's bigger and better than ever.

Officially featuring the ICC Cricket World Cup 2007, Brian Lara
International Cricket 2007 has a fantastic graphical edge, features
licensed players, including world cricket stars Andrew Flintoff,
Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Ricky Ponting, Sachin Tendulkar and, of course,
Brian Lara himself. Hundreds of player likenesses have been modelled
for the new game.

Additionally the stadiums, including all eight official World Cup
venues, are also being created to a new level of textured detail.
They'll make use of next-gen proprietary shader technology for
realistic, subtle and changing lighting effects, such as time of day
and weather.

From a gameplay viewpoint, Brian Lara International Cricket 2007 will
add extra depth to the series' complete batting, bowling and fielding
experience.

The game will come complete with a whole host of new features, many
of which were included to address comments and suggestions from the
large online community, notably the official forums
(Codemasters forum - Brian Lara International Cricket) and
Planet Cricket (http://www.planetcricket.net/blc/).

Highlights include online capabilities for Xbox360 and LAN/online
play for PC, autoplay/ generate innings, the ability to dance down
the wicket, stumpings and the ability to run batsmen out at both ends,
the full inclusion of edges, and to really frustrate the bowlers, the
introduction of sweepshots.

Feel the intensity of the ICC Cricket World Cup, the pressure of a
test series, the pace of a one-day international or the rush of 20/20
cricket. Feel the heat of bowling to the world's best batsmen, or the
pressure of facing down the barrel of the world's best bowlers. It's
all in Brian Lara International Cricket 2007.

Brian Lara International Cricket 2007, coming to PC-DVD, Xbox360 and
PS2 in March. Get ready for the second test.

Regards,

Peer Lawther

Whaoo.... thats awesone news buddy ! Really Really enjoyed the the last brain lara game .... seems like all the major complaints have been noticed ! About the Graphics well thats the max u can expect out of a Cricket game that too by codemasters , BTW they don't seem that bad to me ! This is goin to be a Real Treat as the worldcup fever will be on then ! Here's Hoping that EA takes world cup into account and Releases a brand new cricket game which is atleast comparable to the Brain lara series ! :)
