Hi,

I am using AirTel Broadband for long and while earlier the plans were good with no silly FUP now things have turned worse. Service is inconsistent by now and I had to change to Open DNS for consistent connection. Even the modem died one day and I was told to take it to a service centre nearly 1 hr away from my place and when I placed the order for a new one they promptly delivered it within 48 hrs. Also it took them good 5 months to change my BB plan to 2 mbps as I kept calling them from June 2011 to know when my request would be processed and it was finally done in December 2011 after a complaint was lodged!! There ways and service is really turning worse and combined with costly plans the only hing that keeps me is quality [paid] service.

In short I am fed up with AirTel and their pro business ways so do I have any options in Delhi for Broadband with acceptable service and plans?? Please pour in your suggestions as I need to change either now or in near future as now being with AirTel is too costly and not worth it at all. I stay in West Delhi Vikaspuri so if people can post their experience nearby would be appreciated!!

I agree with you. Airtel has gone from best to worst. Earlier it used to be unlimited, now I am getting "effing" 32 GB FUP for my 2mbps. 32 GB is gone in a flash and i am then stuck at i dunno, 512 kbps?

Best part is that they change FUP at whim...

and you dont want to know my monthly internet bill. I am at Paschim Vihar and also interested in knowing a service provider which can give unlimited connectivity....

Ya system123 bro they changed my rental plan without the bother to inform!! But back then the complaint was dealt very professionally and properly....now after telling them what non sense was this to make me wait for 5 months and also about change in ploicy where in the modem was my property all that was done was sorry and I had to do follow ups to know what was the resolution!! Their customer service once average is now pathetic and too make matters worse chargeable!!
 
I guess no point checking the post as I have to be adventureous now and take the risk. Mods please close the thread.
 
Help guys !!! Need a good internet service provide in Sector 22B , Gurgaon ... please suggest other than Airtel and BSNL
