I am afraid even a google search can't help me find out the location of "satarasta " ...please let me know your state/district. Besides, you can check the cities where BSNL offers services on this page :

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd.

And I don't think any provider in india has a 2MBPS unlimited plan.

Railtel is offering unlimited plans for more than 2MBPS.

I am assuming that he meant Saat rasta (somewhere in Mumbai, Mahalaxmi maybe) - not sure though

Airtel has something too.. Site's messed up right now, but do check out...I'm fairly sure they have 2 mbps unltd thing for like 3333/month or something..
