Yep. That's probably the cheapest and best option for non-FUP based broadband connection.

ok how much days will mtnl takes to install and i have heard we need a landline for mtnl.and hows the speed is it constant or fluctuating and charges.

Setting up the line wont be difficult if MTNL line is in your building the total days is not more than 4 days.Speed is constant with hardly any downtime
