airtel has 2mbps at 2999 pm.

airtel @ 1699 > anything else @ 1500 because of zero downtime and 100% reliablity coupled with a good CC service.

My guess it reliance broadband, they had some server issues. Many users getting speeds similar to this.
Issue is sorted now ^^

i stay in kalina,
do broadmax has any dc or something,
when i asked Lazarus he told me there were some legal issues but we will try to start ,
so are then any dc running else we culd start our own na,
