at least FACT in Pune don't suck! I applied through them and they have this strategy of selecting uni - 2 uni that are above your score, 2 uni that match your scores and 1 uni for safety. It's a pretty good strategy IMO. They also ask you if you have any uni/area preference before finalizing the uni list.
Lol. Every one does that Already!!.
Check FT Rankings. Select Colleges based on the 2 - 1 -2 rule and Apply.
The only place where you need help is to Proof Read your application Essays. I would go on to say that if you are really serious about GMAT then getting ur essays analyzed is of utmost importance!

I actually ended up picking UCL as the course there suited me better. However, Warwick is definitely one of the most prestigious B schools and their MBA program is pretty hard to get into. It's also pretty VFM since they charge a lot less than their American counterparts.

Good luck with your applications guys!

And you do realize that it is super easy to do that yourself?

It is super easy to that IF you have enough info about universities. I just don't get it. Not EVERY damn counselor is fake or cheap. There ARE some genuine counselors our there who would be really a useful resource. I wouldn't mind paying 15k or 20k to a counselor and not using them assuming it's my cost towards studies than landing in a wrong university.

It's not just your GRE/GMAT score based on which you can shortlist the universities. Which is what makes the 2-1-2 process quite difficult as you might underestimate or overestimate yourself! Besides, you might want to know the TA/RA, internship scene at the uni you are applying. Any idiot can check rankings, match scores and apply. But getting into 'the best you can' is not that easy!
