1200 minutes free talk-time is offered through BSNL network on the phone

1200 minutes free talk time is 720 Rupees, going by 1p/sec call rate.

So not a bad buy.

What will be the use of talktime when there will be no signals.. will use the phone as paperweight :p
Lol. Quite true. In my uncle's phone it shows no network most of the time. In rare cases when their network is not down, he keeps getting spam SMS's.
