Guys about 20 days ago my Internet Light of my Nokia Siemens Modem stopped glowing as well as i was also not receiving any data on the modem. The Link was establishing fine but the Internet light was not glowing. So i contacted BSNL, they checked and when nothing happened , they decided to change my Port and they did. I returned home and everything started working fine. Now again after 15 mins, the same problem started occouring. They got my Line checked, my handset(Landline) as well as all the connectors in between.After all checkup, Now again they changed my port and again after 15 mins , my port again backed.
Please do anyone here know whats the problem. Is my modem faulty?? Or My PC ??
