Im in nagpur too, speed is never an issue here with bsnl, "IF" its running , its running fine at the exact mentioned speeds...

do you get that speed consistently...??? i dont think so...cause the average speed is 1.92 which is the actual rated speed...

maybe the max transfer rate is the burst speed, which is nothing new...
