is there any disadvantage of having a BSNL tower on top of a room which i intend to buy,,, is there any problem with the tower on top of the room.. plz tell.. radiation or something like that???

Mobile companies do offer good rent for allowing them to keep a tower on your building..But yeah, its better to avoid..hard to resist the temptation, but avoid..

i heard recently that different municipal corporations have banned new towers on top of buildings in cities

You can confirm that becose if thats true than their will be a problem sure shot

Yes radiation effect may be there. Although the mobile companies show statistics that the levels of radiation and far below the permissible level still if you have a choice don't prefer this. But the risk may reduce if your flat is not near to the terrace, like in some bottom flats.

Yeah there might be structural damage with the passage of time, but keep in mind before attempting Mobile Tower installation on any BTS site there are many structure safety certificates by civil engineers and other state level authorities to prevent any kind of damage.

If you Own that flat no issues you would be paid around 50k/month for installing that tower on your space and if you want to rent that flat then I would say avoid it.

Show them some fake photos of Children harmed by radiation to scare your n00b neighbors. Just download some pics from Internet.

If they are paying you around 50k, rent a flat or a house somewhere.... pay them the rent from the tower rent you're getting say around 30k

and you'll have profit of 20k

with this money u rent a place somewhere else and enjoy staying for free
