anyone know if it's done yet ? I'm still getting a ton of packet loss and fluctuating latencies to most international servers.

Yup, I am not experiencing any lag. Using it to download 4 Gb daily in 6 Hrs.
 
As reported by others, My speeds are normal. This might be a false alarm. Hence, closing thread. .
If PM me or any mods, incase you encounter slow speeds -- We will reopen the thread for discussion
