Reduce personal tax on the lower slabs,

Introduce a new super high income slab - and jack up the rates there -

Introduce luxury taxation on vehicles priced over ~25-30 lacs,

Introduce incentives for energy efficient products / cars / vehicles - disincentives and higher taxes for energy wasters (42/54"+ plasma TVs)

one q: what does the govt do with the foreign reserves they have currently built up in billions of dollars? isn't it idiotic? i mean if the us dollar was to reduce one fine day to not even worth the paper its printed on, what good will those billions do? can't they use atleast 5-10% of it on infrastructure development?

Guess you have absolutely no clue what the term "foreign" reserves means.

well heard comp parts will get cheaper especially mobo and lcd..as excise duty might b reduced to 12% frm 16%...also strong chances of projectors to be counted in comp part stuff rather than electronics...
Also tax bracket might be increased frm 1.1l to 1.5l
