CPU - AMD AthlonII X3 435 ~ 3.6k

Motherboard - Biostar A780L3 ~ 2.7k

GPU - NA

PSU - Zebronics Real Watts Pro 350w ~ 1.5k

Ram - 2GB Corsair Value RAM 1333MHz ~ 2.35k

HDD - 1TB Seagate 7200.12 ~ 3.05k

Cabinet - Zebronics Bijili w/o PSU ~ 1k

Total: 13.2k

Plonk in a 2nd hand 8400GS~1k later if u find the HD3000 IGP insufficient. It should handle 720p pretty well. Not sure abt the 1080p videos though.

Zebby Real Watts Pro 350W is good too. Its a HEC OEM IINM and comes with 3 yrs warranty against SAGAII's 2 yrs warranty. Plus it think FSP SAGAII PSU's are not available in Ritchie and he should be able to find Zebronics PSU's.
