Hi guys..need a budget config in 30k...
maximum 35k..

GPU - 9800gt
RAM-2gb transcend
SMPS-gigabyte 460w
DVD writer
cm elite cabby
500gb HDD
basic KB and mouse
Samsung 2233sw

Processor: Athlon II X4 620 - 5.2k

Motherboard: Biostar TA790GX A3+ - 6.5k/Asus M4A785TD-V EVO -6.5k

RAM: Transcend 2GB DDRIII 1333MHz - 2.5k

GPU: Sapphire 4850 512MB DDRIII- 6.5k

HDD: Seagate 500GB SATAII 7200.12 series- 2.4k

Cabinet: CM Elite 310 - 1.6k

SMPS: Gigabyte Superb 460W - 2.2k

Optical Drive: L.G. GH22NS30 SATA/Samsung SH-S22F SATA - 1.1k

Monitor: Samsung S2233SW - 8.7k-9k~

Keyboard: Logitech Combo - .7k

Mouse: NA

Total: ~38k. If you need a cut costs then go for the MSI 785GM-E51 -4.6k. So it would reduce cost to 36k.

What about a UPS? Nobody ever mentions a UPS here. If you need to add a UPS ur budget will go up to 40K, which I guess would be way beyond your budget. It is already 3K more.

+1 for the above config..

^ for UPS get a APC 650VA UPS for 3k.
 
This was a config given to me by Anubis from the forum here. I found it useful. Maybe it will help you, considering 35K is ur utmost budget.

Processor: Athlon II X4 620 - 5.3k

Mobo : Gigabyte 785GMT-UD2H - 5.9k

RAM: Transcend 2GB DDR3 1333MHz - 2.6k

GPU: ATI 4670 - 4k

HDD: Seagate 500GB SATAII 7200.12 series- 2.4k

Cabinet: Zebronics Bijli - 1k

SMPS: Gigabyte Superb 460W - 2.2k

Optical Drive: L.G. GH22NS30 SATA/Samsung SH-S22F SATA - 1.1k

Monitor: Benq G2220HD 22" - 8k

Keyboard + Mouse: Logitech combo : 0.7k

Ups : APC 500VA - 2.1k

This is 300 bucks more than 35K. you can also cut down on the Mobo by around 1000 - 1200 if you go for the MSI 785 GM E-51 which you can again put on the GPU n get the ATI HD4850 for 6.5k. That way also, ur total budget (including UPS) will come to 37K.

Read the OP's requirement. He hasnt mentioned about the UPS. Some ppl do not have voltage fluctuations/ power cuts in their area.

Does a PC need a UPS to function. I dont think so :bleh: So optional accessories can be added at user's needs.
 
Hahaaa... PC without UPS in India? Really dude, tell me you live in LA or NY. Majority in our country would need an UPS for sure.

all at the same prices as mediahomes..

Great prices but why 9800GT instead of a HD4850 for 300-400rs more.:no:
