Budget 0-20k Budget CPU for 3060Ti Aorus Elite?

I recently picked up a 3060Ti Aorus Elite, wandering if upgrading from my i3 10105F to maybe a i5 10th/11th gen will help eliminate CPU bottle neck.
Pubg PC - CPU occasionally hitting 90%

Also I cap all games to 100FPS as I have a 100Hz monitor.
Upgrading to 13th or 14th is currently out of my budget, I have very limited funds.
Thanks!

Get R5 5600 for 12-13k + MSI B550M Pro VDH Wifi for 10k. You might have 3000MHz RAM, which ain't ideal but will do for now, again I assume 2x8GB sticks. IMO use it for now, save money & get 2x16GB DDR4 3200MHz CL16 or 3600MHz CL18 later, will cost 6k.

OP, keep in mind that if you go for this, you will be able to sell your current setup and increase your budget further. Get more RAM, then.

If you are capping at 100FPS and don't play competitively, then pick up a used 11400f (Assuming your motherboard supports 11th gen) and sell your current processor. Save your funds for a more comprehensive upgrade later on. I suppose you will only spend like 4-5k extra after selling your i3 if you go down this route. Switching to AM4 is not worth it unless you plan to get an x3D chip.
