51-70k Budget gaming pc

I am looking to build a budget gaming pc. I was originally planning on the rtx 4060 for the dlss but then saw that the 7600xt is better because of more vram and better raw performance. But then also heard that instead of getting the 7600xt u can buy a 6700xt or 6800xt or a 3070 used for less and gives more performance. The processor im planning to use is i5 13400f. Now I don't really know what to use and if they are a good combination with the cpu I have decided on

It would be much easier to recommend if you could make the post according to this provided template:

No Air cooler or AIO required ?

This is what i've build I am getting 3070 for 14K from facebook marketplace
The motherboard is not a great choice and quite over priced if that price is what you got it for but you will be able to get by, but the PSU is really bad, you don't need a 850 watt PSU for a 7600 and a 3070, a 750/650W would have been fine and Ant eSports just slaps their sticker on low quality cheap chinese products. You don't need a 360mm AIO for a 7600, the in box cooler or the AG/AK400 for 2k would have been just fine also the SN770 is only 500 more than the SN580 and offers much better performance also that case is pretty bad too, it just offers looks and no real performance in terms of cooling, you would have been much better off with a 4000D or a Materexx 55 or a Phanteks XT pro, did you get this pre built or from a shop?

Also make sure to get the 3070 in a face to face deal and check it thoroughly to make sure it works fine.

Oh thanks this is really helpful. I used modex prebuild model as starts and made changes as per my need and I really though ant x7 is good but turns out it now. Thanks for heads up.
Also which motherboard you would suggest under price point of 80-85K?

Yes I am planning to do a face to face deal with buyer and will ask for testing period as well

why don't you try the ant store and custom build a gaming pc as per your needs ANT Store
They are really bad, basically no good or VFM choices and they are really overpriced.

What processor are you going with?
If you are going with the 7600 the MSI B650M gaming wifi is cheap and should do the trick but if you plan to upgrade in the future and can spend more, the Gigabyte B650 Gaming X AX is pretty good and make sure to go with the full sized one not the M-ATX if you go for the Gigabyte. Almost all B650M motherboard are pretty bad for higher end CPUs like a 7900 or a 7800x3d.

Why go for that mobo if you are building a budget PC. You can get a good mATX mobo for 10-14k. I have an Asrock B650m HDV/M2 mobo.

I undervolted and overclocked my ryzen 7600 yesterday and the mobo stays cool between 25-40 degrees on benchmarks. The AK400 keeps the CPU under 80 degrees on y-cruncher and below 70 degrees on OCCT, Cinebench, AIDA64 and a bunch of other benchmarks.
