Graphic Cards Budget GPU's (sub 20k)

What the hell happened to this segment, there's almost no new options, only thing you'll get is the RX 6600 (which isn't sub 20k half the time) or the RTX 3050 (which is just sad though the 17k price point isn't half bad). With driver support winding down for the 10 series as well, what does the budget gamer have left in this segment that isn't a used 6700XT?

I mean yeah but the used card was just an example, I wanted to know what you can get new for that sort of price these days, which seems to be very little. To be fair, you can snag the 1650 or 1660, but with RT support being made mandatory in games as of late, you probably don't want to buy them, not to mention the fact that those cards don't have access to DLSS upscaling as well, which is pretty important at this performance tier.

Yeah true I definitely agree, maybe if we revolt against AI we will get more cards lol. But even if it's going to be difficult to get our hands on it's still a good thing if they're coming and making this price segment competitive.
 
A lot of crazy things have happened since COVID, and they've really messed up the PC gaming scene.

COVID, mining, tariffs, and AI all played significant roles, with inflation hitting us like a double whammy. I don’t see things getting better unless there's a major breakthrough.

Used market for 3060 and high end 20 series is somewhat decent and if you have to risk something, this price segment is best since you have less to lose.
