Graphic Cards Budget graphic card under 6k

hey guys im situated in bombay. i have a very slick budget of 6k. not even a penny more. i want a graphic card that is best in that range, which one should i go for nvidia or ati.?? and will mostly play games like fifa and all so pls guide me guys.!!:)

Processor: amd 3800++

Board: Asus m2npv vm

ram: 3gb ddr2
 
Processor: amd dual core 3800++

Hdd: 500gb

Ram: 3gb ram ddr2

Psu model number iball lps223-400 (sorry i dont knw the voltage)

my monitors max is 1680 x 1050, i mostly game at 1024x768 or maybe a notch higher thts it.!!
 
i actually dont know the voltage of my psu, bt its a iball model no lps223-400

i just want d best @ my budget

psu is iball.. voltage is 220

im planin 2 buy it soon.. i just want the right gpu in terms of quality and performance

and incase if i can upgrade my psu, the under 6k which gpu can i go for.??
 
If u have a generic PSU then better get a Sapphire HD4670 1GB GDDR3 ~ 4.2k + FSP SAGAII 350w ~ 1.5k.

If possible to extend ur budget a little the the HD5670 512MB GDDR5 ~ 5k + FSP SAGAII 350w ~ 1.5k.
