Since it's for digital art and stuff maybe this will be a gpod option? It has an accurate color screen (100% DCI-P3) which is hard to come by in this price range.

And the iris xe graphics is not the best you can get for gaming since you can get RTX 3050 equipped laptops but they'll fall short in the display department.

More ram(can't upgrade in the first one mentioned) potentially better battery due to a Ryzen cpu & a comparably good screen. Also its a 16:10 screen so.

Consider getting her a large monitor to hook up the laptop (whatever you buy) - art becomes easier on a larger screen.

dell g15 5515, Asus rog Strix g15, Asus gaming tuf a15 with an external monitor would be better if she is going work mostly from the desk. Otherwise what @Theohk suggested is better suited for the requirement.
