Budget Phone for 5k ?

my friend wants to gift his Gf a Phone for her Birthday ... He has Budget for 5.5k ... wats the best mobile he can get for that price ?

hope somebody can help out ,,,
 
Think for an extra 500 bucks or so you can get the Nokia 6070 (fm and cam), nothin else in that category.

Edit : u could get the Moto L6 (no expandable mem but mp3 player) in that price range these days.
