Inverted the connector and it worked.
The result of today's headache.

I would love to but I didn't click any pictures of the connector. But here is the video which will help in this situation.

Notice the correct way is when the side that has POWER SW written on it is down, that was the issue I connected it with the POWER SW side on the upper side.
