Burglar alarm system for home

Looking to buy a burglar alarm system for the house. Budget is around 20k. Need a central console with 3 door sensors, mobile alerts etc.

Have shortlisted the following so far:

Godrej Eagle I Pro
Qubo Security system (higher cost)

Anyone here used these or any other similar products so far? Any suggestions?
 
Go for godrej, not in home but one friend have in shop from many years , but don't know the model need to ask him
