Business Laptop Within 40k

Hi!
I am helping a friend buy a business laptop within 40-45k. I would need some suggestions:

Requirements:-
Excellent build quality
battery life upwards of 4 hours on very heavy usage

Brands Suitable:-
Dell (Vostro/Latitude)
Lenovo (Thinkpad)

Usage:-
Usual Office productivity software-Microsoft office/ accounting software/photo editing-photoshop and some content creation etc. 1080p support should be there. No gaming at all.

Kindly post your suggestions.

Can u get a decently configured latitude in the budget :S Ur best bet is the Vostro series.

vostro 3400/3500

though thinkapds also pretty good but are heavy

Both in your budget. I would suggest Dell for their home service is very good.

Actually you could get the Dell Inspiron 14R within 41K with the following specs: Core i5, 4GB RAM, 500 GB HDD, Integrated Graphics with Win 7 HB (got this a month back for a friend)

On the laptop I've mentioned above the CPU usage didn't go over 27% while watching (was video chatting at the same time).
