Less than 10K (Buying 2d Hand) Moto G4 v Moto X Play

Guys I'm getting a:

64GB Moto G4+ for 8500
32GB Moto X play ( + 32GB MicroSD) for 10000

Which one do you think is better?
Honestly, I''ll only use it for Snapchat, watching movies, and reading books ( + general TP on internet I guess)

However, I will use it extensively for taking photos. So I do want the better camera.
Moto X Play has 21MP vs 16MP (but laser focus) on the G4+

But this video makes it seem that G4+ is better:

So guys, based on camera, which phone is better?

I guess Battery Life also makes a difference

Dont get either, im a G4plus 32gb user, it heats like anything. The 617 chip is total crap by qualcomm. Collect money and get Moto G5 plus
