Graphic Cards Buying advice on this Card

Last time I paid around 6000Rs for the 6800xt, the 9600gt cost me 6400Rs.
The 8500GT was never meant to happen, I had planed from the beginning to buy a new card around Dec08/Jan09, the 8500GT was a good vista-ready card given to me since my M/B had no on board graphics.

I got the 8800GT first & then the 9600GT.. Tht card was brought for someone else.. I used it for a couple of days.. It has no problems whatsoever & is working fine..

What about slightly older games like Call of Juarez, Prey, FEAR, STALKER - SHADOW OF.., Infernal, Soldier of Fortune - Payback, etc, etc.
I never attempt to play new games on current-gen mid-range cards, its better to wait a while and let them become old-gen games and play them at their full graphics splendor.
I'll be playing mostly older games on this card, and when I run out of older games I will probably try newer games.
