Buying an HDMI cable, need help!!

Hey,

I am buying an HDMI cable for connecting my CPU to my LCD TV... I was looking around on eBay and the prices start from 300, while I spotted the brands (Panasonic, Logitech etc.) coming at around 1600 mark.

Tell me please, wot is the big difference? Why, are the non-branded ones like, really subpar? Which one should I pick? Are brands like Dynex satisfactory? How importance is 1.3b compliancy?
 
^ Just pick any, HDMI is digital, o and 1, it works or doesnot work, nothing in between, no loss if cable is non-branded.
