i also got a tinted visor.. i can see clearly on well lit streets and even better when there are shops around with lots of lights..lol.. ... but visibility goes for a toss on many stretches here in mumbai :(.. sucks.. my helmet is kinda broken now(from the outside that is, the visor holder is broken so have to stick the visor with tape lol) so i dont wana spend money on buying a new visor, i rather get a new helmet.. lol..

Dark tints are best avoided unless u don't want anyone to see ur face.

At night-
(1) someone maybe trying to cross a dimly lit road and you may just not see him/her.
(2) Some vehicle with no parking lights parked on a dark road.
(3)Some vehicle trying to cross an intersection with no headlights.

.

So we have to look out for those who don't- tell me about it.

(Cops never stopped me at nakabandis- maybe due to the clear glass.):P

In AGV, i think u get a very lightly tinted visor- see if u can find that.:)

Thanks Bikey.....

And for me a dark visor is absolutely necessary because I ride a lot in the harsh sun.....

I am thinking of buying a second visor (a non-tinted one) for use at night. The AGV helmet's visor can be easily changed right ??

And what abt ventilation ?? Is it really a notch above the other helmets ??
