90K+ Buying parts. Options between online/offline/buying from US

Hi,

I'm going to be building a PC after a decade or so. And as of now, I have three options to procure the parts from (mainly CPU/GPU).

1. Online sites likemdcomputers, vedant computers, primeagb where I believe costs are cheaper than Amazon/FK.
2. Offline stores. I know that some specific stores might give better deals than online stores but I don't know of any. Suggestions in pune/mumbai/kochi welcome.
3. I have a friend going to the US in a month or so, can get it though him. I am worried about warranty in these cases though. If it is a difference of 3k or so for the GPU/CPU, I don't mind absorbing it to have peace of mind wrt warranty.

I'd appreciate it if someone can help me out here. Thanks in advance.

You can safely buy amd cpu, ram(corsair or g.skill), SSD(wd / crucial) from usa , you will get warranty in India.

Yw. Also you can look for high end mobo's like asus crosshair etc ( won't have indian warranty) , but if the price difference is 5k and above and if you use good PSU, you should be good for couple of years
