PC Peripherals Buying RAM up to 1 or 2 GB...

Hi folks,
I have Intel 82945G mobo & wanted to up-grade my ram up to 2GB....
My budget is upto Rs.1500...
If budget of 1500 Rs. for a good quality 2 GB RAM is small 1 GB is also acceptable because quality matters:cool2: .....
So guys , i want your advice which RAM i should buy........
