Buying tablet for kid

Hi, please suggest a gaming tablet for kids. Don't want a very expensive one but has to be fast. I came across a eurostar and a quantom model with cortex 9 processor and 1 gb ram. Apart from this what other configuration would be important.
 
You can go for Xolo Play Tab 7.0. I recently bought it as a gift for a kid for 6k. Build quality is good and gaming performance is top for a tablet of this price. Heats up after sometime but it's well within tolerable limits.
Please note that the OS is Android 4.1 with no plans of an update from Xolo. And the screen isn't scratch resistant so kids with long fingernails can easily scratch it while playing. But for 6k it's well worth the price.
If you can go higher then Dell Venue 7 or even higher then Nexus 7 2013 are good options.

One thing I noticed among cheap tablets is the display is very dull with Res like 1024 x 600
I got a quantum 100blk around 5k
I would suggest spend more n buy a good res tablet even if its for kid. I think entry level Samsung tabs are also good

Samsung tabs are the worst. They are loaded with bloatware and are tremendously slow. I used a Samsung Tab 3 for some time. It was really really slow.
