A: Dual core with decent graphics

Hello everyone,

i am newbie here.

looking to buy LG Optimus 3d.

as my budget is less for the phone, m thinking of buying used one, LG thrill. its a US version of it comes with AT&T branding and without warranty and bill. seller seems to be individual.

is it safe to buy used unlocked mobile without bill.

has anyone done a purchase like this, please share your experience.

Or should i stretch my budget to whopping 25k and buy new with warranty.
