Personally I dont like the P1... had a look @ Shoppers Stop and dropped the plan of buying it.. though my friend bought it and he said they ddnt sent him the small POUCH!! ..

Try following up with them if it happens with you too..

Received the package safe and sound on the 15th. The courier guy was misinformed that the package was COD, and hence he demanded that a payment of Rs.2500 be done. A short call to BTP customer care sorted things easily. Other than that glitch, overall it was pleasant experience dealing with them.

Bro the bag didn't seemed nice in actual impression. Felt awkward when i saw it in front of me..the color was so shiny.. So avoided... Price wise this is a very good deal but still I avoided this bag.

It was sorely my opinion still if one want to buy, go ahead... just if anyone cares about the look please check it in any Shop.. Like Shoppers Stop, Pantaloons, Bigbazaar, Lifestyle or any place.

Looks like I spoke too soon. Being an anniversary gift, the sealed box was opened today, only to find that the handset was missing. Accessories were present, but no handset. :( My cousin accepted the courier in the first place because the parcel was not tampered with. He opened it to find a sealed box, and being a gift, he did not open it further. Contacted BTP. Let's see what happens. My first bad online experience. :@
 
OMG.. This is bad.. we had courier people flicking items earlier.. but imagine the seller doing it.

Was the packet sealed with the BTP plastic bag or some other packaging?
 
^^ Not really sure. It was received by my cousin at Pondicherry, while I ordered it from here in Indore. Let's see how the customer care responds.
 
weird i got a 500 rs gift voucher for buytheprice, wanted to buy the laptop bag P1, when i apply the code i only get 200 rs off arghhh :@

An update. Got a call from BTP apologizing for the goof up. Was assured that a replacement would be sent promptly by tomorrow. Let's see how it goes.

Sorry for not updating.. Within a week of their call, I got a replacement in perfect condition. The fact that they accepted & apologized for their mistake, and made sure that the replacement was sent promptly, gives me confidence in them.
