C-program to open a .wav file in a Notepad?

Hi Guys,

I want to do a C-program where i will open a .wav file in a Notepad. I need to analyze the data in the notepad.

So, plz :no: help.......:no:

Meaning? Do you want the individual fields (length, bit rate, sampling frequency)? Or just plain hex dump?

Well, then what is the difficulty you face? The thing you ask for is a small program. Just do a web search for the .WAV file format. It is pretty easy to get. Or you can check it up in MSDN if you know how to.

Look for the WAVEFORMATEX structure in MSDN. Answer to all your problems .
