Cable Amendment Act is near, Which Cable Operator should I choose???

govt has a lot of important issues to take care than digitizing the cable :annoyed:
its the channels and guys like dish/tata sky pushing for this to get a bigger pie, else why would anyone want to move from cable operator services.

Post digitization the cable operators may not allegedly under-subscribe resulting in higher revenues for the channels.
 
Well, as far as you have CRT TV, get local cable operator's STB. You will get huge channel list at just Rs. 150-200. You will get the same channels for like Rs.500/month on any DTH provider.
 
Guys I would like to know which setup box is the best as per todays time. I have got a big plasma tv and planning soon to purchase 55 inches TV LED/LCD soon in exchange of plasma. So would like to know wht setup box should I go for as my cable guy does not offer HBO channel at all and I really like to watch english movies.
 
Cable Amendment Act failed to meet dealine of June 30 2012.
Actually India never met any deadline I guess and will never meet in time in future too.....
 
Lol a few days ago the cable guy was going door to door booking stb.. Charges are 1k for the box and 500 channels free
