Had replaced my Logitech G15 v1 to G15 v2 within 15 mins, all i required was a approval mail from logitech. If you want a trouble free service from rashi, it boils down to the contact you have. Sadly not everyone can have such contacts.

I thought Rashi improved their service since there wasn't much of a complaint for past few months, looks like its not. Sad.
 
This is when we are living in times where the customer is ready to pay for premium services! Just imagine the kind of goodwill and repeat orders that Rashi can get if their service was good enough to meet (forget exceed) expectations.
 
i have had a nice exp with rashi delhi all coz of SMC, u go to SMC give them the card , i got a replacement in 2 hours a BRAND new card and that to a 8500gt :P. XFX .
 
Hey guys...how about the their service in Bangalore??

My XFX 8600GT is not working and as I'm currently in bangalore..thinking about giving it to the b'lore center for service rather than the one in kochi.

Anyone from Bangalore have anything to say??

Thats the point, you, one person, sent an email. That hardly represents a market to asus. To them it could be one disgruntled customer whos trying to take it out on the retailer that screwed him. However, if you manage to get the 100 signatures you mentioned, with the possibility for each of them to elaborate their specific situations (not in the main letter, but in the form of a more organized forum thread) they will definitely take notice. They will also make the neccesary assumption that the petition and thread is only the ppl who read these forums, and there may be other customers who are being treated similarly. If the petition is well-worded , with reasonable requests i believe there is a chance that the matter may be looked into.

True, but you cant expect asus-asia reps to be constantly crawling through the intertoobs looking for bad press. They may be, but one cannot assume or depend on it. So instead of being passive and hoping that something will be done, be a little proactive and do something about it. Making requests will also give the company reps options for a plan of action.

Disclaimer: I have not had any issue with Rashi, and i dont know if i even have any products distributed by them. All my suggestions are just in response to seeing so many customers being miffed by them. Let the torch and pitchfork parade continue :P
 
I had one experience with Rashi where they took nearly a month to get my 7600GS RMA'ed. And that was possible only after frequent visits and calls for status updates, else it would have taken a hell lot of time.

I would like to stress complete lack of technical knowhow at the service center. They don't understand the technical terms and just crap about take this card sir take that card sir. I had an extreme edition and i had paid extra for that so why should i settle for something mediocre.
Finally, resolved the issue after talking to the area manager for Bangalore when the things did get sorted out but the experience was as such horrible.
 
Ill post my experince related to mumbai rashi

my experience goes bak to 2005 i guess when i joined te

1:: Rashi guys over here are not serious about their job...whenever i was at their service centre....they used to talk to dealers servant who used to bring faulty products....asking whats their salary and if they used to get 500 buks more than wht(rashi peeps) they paid they asking try to do jugad for them... in short not caring abt the product ..

2:: They will try their best to show the product has been damaged physically by you......one person wireless mouse wasnt working...some battery leakage happened....and they were like we not responsible its your fault.....latter as the guy was a dealers servant hence he accepted it else if it would had been me or u...4get it

3::They will take your product and make you wait till eternity to return saying product has been send to bangalore and all mess...they themselves wont check in front of u whether product working f9 or not...in the meanwhile ard a month or 2 is wasted and u get a biproduct for mean time to work (u buy low end rig)else .....

4:: Once i called them up and they said u can come and collect your mobo...i made 2 and half hour trip via traffic to the place and than the main guys says who said your product is here......u shd have taken the person name who told u its here......return after 7 days as its still in bangalore....this all even after 21 days the product is with them

5:: Earlier the dealers used to stick asus product...for e.g computer selection sticked asus tv tuner even after is said i needed compro one....the one hardly worked a week...i paid 3.5k...and returned it thrice ...still it never ran again and being fed up i gav up...the dealer earlier told will take product bak but when i returned he happily showed me service centre way rather than helping me in this regard....from that day i stopped purchasing from them and sticked with prime...though earlier i used to get higher rates...but thanks to TE...now i get the cheapest rate than whats quoted in 10 other shops i visit....

6:: Once while i gave my mobo on 3 rd occasion to them while checking on their comp i came to know i was getting jus refurbish piece rather than new but on papers stating new....1st occasion i had problem with sound....which i checked on comp got to know someones piece with same problem was return and that was stick to me as new....same on second occasion about on board gfx...and so on

7:: After all the mess i mailed to their top authorities of rashi and those ppl mail bak to the local idiots just saying check what problem this chap has...and the guy ask my reference number 3 years bak...which i gave and never they contacted me again

From that day onwards i have stopped purchasing products who have rashi as its provider...i ask for product than ask who supports their warranty...if its rashi i say sorry show me other
 
Gosh, Some Horrible experiences you guys have.Here dealers also sing the same song about rashi Service.

Surely i won't buy Asus products and others with Rashi as Provider.

These guys should take example from RT Outsourcing(Western Digital) or Accel frontline(Seagate) Service.

nothing Bad for me I personally Hate Rashi

so even i am planning to stop them my orders of more thatn 50000 is still pending

Regarding me i really dont care ,as i got my personal contact with chap from ASUS(Tiwan) ,so can kick the ass of Rashi employees if the backout or refrain me from Providing service ,even if they do i can tell ASUS to get product replaced from Tiwan for me :ohyeah:
I am First member of TE and Then later started dealing with Rashi
here are certain points to remember when u buy Eee PC

@techie please make sure that Eee PC u getting from is not from Rashi try some other distris
I personally try to avoid stuffs from Rashi ,that the reson when @Spynic wanted to buy Eee Pc i gave him from other Distri and Not from Rashi

certain things to notice when u buy Eee PCs
  • Make sure that your Eee Pc cover doesnt have RAshi sticker
  • See the Importer of Eee PC
  • Ingram and Netplace are also Distris for the same
  • so make sure that you Dont buy product from Rashi
  • And yes i do deal with other distris also not time to post all in TE ,if u require any help in buying Eee PC ,let me know i will help u out
  • 99% of Eee PCs in market are from Rashi ,so make sure to see sticker of importer
Regarding Rashi IT SUCKS A BIG TIME

I they not only provide BAD i mean WORST service to Endusers but SAME IS APPLICABLE FOR DEALERS :@ :@ :@
So guyies njoy there are many other options available
