Calling all the VMware Gurus: lost admin password of my XP image

OK, now that we have a clearer picture. Download Hiren Boot CD.
Mount it on the VM.
When the VM boots press Esc button cautiously.. it will give you the startup menu.
Select boot of CD.
Boot to the DOS prompt look alike of Hiren and reset the administrator password.

You should be good to go
