Calling from India to China..what options ??

What are the options if someone wants to make a call from India to China ?
Is there any cheap way to do so ??
Calling using internet (skype etc) is fine but i want a option that someone can call directly using mobile phone or similar
I myself here in Shanghai use a service called rebtel which gives me a local number which actually corresponds to a number in India and i only have to dial the local number to get connected to my folks in India. So i pay the local call fee and rebtel charges some international connection charge which totally turns out to be less than Rs. 4 per minute

one of the cheapes option vd gud quality is ISD phn from sify.......
available at most of the sify iways.... call charges Rs2 per minute... what say

^^ i suppose this service requires us to have internet to initiate a call. I am already subscribed to such a service called as Jajah. I want a direct calling option using the mobile/landline.
