Calling upon paypal users, please help me!

Anyone here with a Paypal account who can help me with a purchase?
The order is worth 5$ only. Will deposit the money in his/her account ASAP.
For some reason all the debit cards that me or my friends own is getting declined and so it seems that Paypal is the only option. Will buy something from the TI(Texas Instruments) eStore.
