Camera phone under 20k

Hey guys,
I need the best camera phone for 15-20k.
Any brand pretty much...would like 3-4 options to choose from....
every other feature is pretty secondary.

Since camera is your major requirement, why not go for N8 by putting around 2-2.5k more. It might be hard considering your current budget but it's worth everything for a camera phone and more too.
 
well i forgot to mention....its for my mom.....wont n8 be choc full of features she wont use?
I recommended that to her but the price is a tickoff....
any more suggestions...
 
Every phone that has a decent enough camera would also be choc full of features ur mum wont need/use...

Get the N8 or the C7.
 
Every good camera phone will be full of features which your mom will not use, but you can teach her some things to make the most of it. Get the N8, the best camera phone rivaling even some of P&S and it even has a decent battery life.

One of the best 5Mp cams out there. Review says its even better than Wave flagship's cam :) Price is ~11k :D

If non-touch then the SE Hazel(10k) is the best IMO

Both have full range of connectivity options like Wifi, 3G (HSDPA) etc... Sadly the Hazel lacks a 3.5mm jack. But has superb audio quality :)

Its really not worth spending anything more for a cam phone IMO.

Even the SE Elm ~ 8.2k has a very capable 5MP cam. All three have dedicated cam shutter key and full connectivity options (SE's lack micro USB port and 3.5mm jack)

If you dont need 720p video recording and the OS is immaterial i recommend these 3 phones for you.
