search for "graphics programming black book" by "michael abrash" i think that was available for free download (although it is an old one)... it might have C++ with game programming info in it...

IMO, Balagurusami is Good. For international edition, go for the book written by Herbert Schildt (C++, The Complete Reference). (Why buying the print edition man? Just download a copy from internet and print it. Simple )
