PC Peripherals Can Corsair VX450 handle Palit GTX 260 Sonic

Hi guys recently bought a Corsair VX450 and will soon upgrade to a Palit GTX 260.can vx450 handle this...will also upgrade to Q9550 soon..currently i have E4600 at stock speed..And will the card fit into my i ball gamer cabinet

one more question should i go for Palit or Zotac GeForce GTX 260 AMP²! (216) Edition

So guys finally bought a Palit GeForce GTX 260 Sonic 216SP..had some issues fitting it in my cabinet...after lot of adjustment finally managed to fit it.....thank u all guys for ur suggestions

It will be a tight squeeze but it will fit without doubt.. by tight squeeze I mean that you may have to move your hard disks here and there but that's about it. I've got E8500 + GTX 260 + 3 HDDs + 4 fans (2 80mm and 2 120mm ) and all this is running without any problems.
