andrew, i already spent ****in 1500 bux for a good tv tuner.. dont wana spend more.. is there any ways to increase PS2 resolution? just wana buy component cable for my tv tuner and thats it

let me share my experience. I have a 19" viewsonic lcd and i m using it with my ps2 through a frontech tv tunner box(1000INR). however when i bought tv tunner box those sales guy show another same device for lcd(frontech) costing 1600 INR.during those days i have a 15" crt well..after that i bought the lcd and connect to the ps2 through the tv tunner and its work..performance is washed out but not pixelated at all..the tv tunner takes antenna input and s-video input..i bought own av to s-video converter for video and one audeo converter..recently i have ordered one s-video cable from playasia and got 2dy..the performance is same as earlier.. I suggest you not to invest heavly on any costly tv tunner card..if u have enough cash..buy one new/used 29" tv n enjy ur ps2

As I said before, its fruitless trying to get good output from the PS2 to a High Res display. It just will not happen.

The PS3 itself has options to resize and smoothen the PS2 game output and it may probably look good on an LCD TV when viewed from a distance, but on a High Resolution display it just does not look good. I suggest that you do not spend anymore money on that.

thats what i want to ask experts who are using consoles...
i want to play PS2 game on this 22" LCD which has both inputs... Analogue as well as DVI.

i can switch displays anytime.. is there any converters for PS2 video output to this LCD? expert advice wanted

I dont know which TV tunner box u have..i have done some googling I found that Avermedia offer some Tv tunner box which supports wide screen resolution(1440*900),progressive scan,component cable,,check the link here

I am impressed but dont know about the price..i hope this cost nearly 4-5k..Aditya infotech,nehru place,delhi deals with avermdia products
