Can my BrainWavz M3 be repaired?

I had purchased my brainwavz M3 from Pristine Note on Aug-2011.
Right now the sound in the left earphones seems to come and go, due to a loose connection?
Can this be repaired by PristineNote?

I was told my M3 cannot be repaired outside of warranty and that I can only buy a new one. I still have it with me. @PristineNote

If the earphones are under local warranty we provide a replacement as per the manufacturers terms and conditions(no physical damage etc). If the earphones are out of warranty we try and help the customer in fixing it .

Having said that, not all earphones can be fixed. If the issue exists only with the 3.5mm connector end , it can be removed and a new 3.5mm connector can be soldered to it . We have done the same for some of our old customers but currently we can't offer the same services since we do not have our technical person available for the soldering job.

We do have silver metal 3.5mm connectors which we can offer to those who wish to try and fix their earphones/ headphones. Any local electronics /TV / mobile repair shop should be able to solder the new connector in 5-10 minutes.
