Hi,

My old Zalman ZM-RS6F 5.1 (which I sourced from a TE member years back) surround sound headphone got issues recently - no sound from left side.
As a budget user, would like to get this repaired.
Can I get this repaired here in Mumbai ?

as you said one side aint working
this happens with me all the time
you gotta replace your wires
you can get them replaced at most of the electronics store
since you're from mumbai i dont think thats a problem
 
xenaxance, thank for your reply, I was out of town for above a week and found your response just now.
I thought replacing wires on a headphone will be difficult. Is there a place which you can recommend here in Mumbai who does such work decently ?

i don't know any particular place in mumbai..hard part is opening the case without damaging anything
try asking any electronics store in your locality.. who has a soldering gun
its not that hard..
i've repaired my own headphones several times
you just have to solder the new wire..
wires are already color coded so cross connection is out
ping again if you have any questions..
